We’ll call you in the spring and in the fall to prioritize your pre-season precision tune-up. At this appointment, included with your service fee, we’ll:
- change your filters
- clean and lubricate your systems
- check all belts, blowers and motors.
Your air quality will be improved and humidity will be reduced.
Regular bi-annual tune-ups help avoid breakages, but if something should need to be replaced or repaired, having a precision tuneup service contract means you’ll get a 15% discount on repairs.
Our service contracts can be transferred either to a home’s new owner or to cover the system in a new home within our service area in Frankfort, Homer Glen, Lockport, Manhattan, Mokena, New Lenox, Orland Park or Tinley Park.
