First, you won’t need to worry about scheduling your pre-season precision tune-up, because we’ll call you in the spring and in the fall to prioritize your appointment. At this tune-up, included with your service fee, we’ll change your filters, clean and lubricate your systems and check all belts, blowers and motors. Your well-maintained system will last longer, run more efficiently and give you better comfort levels. A study of heating & cooling units, some in average condition and some with problems, showed that after a precision tune-up, residents saved an average of:
