The fast, hectic pace of the HVAC industry makes Alicia happy and keep her on her toes. In this field since 2015, Alicia joined Maertin Heating and Cooling in the fall of 2024 and loves every minute.

Alicia sets appointment, coordinates office procedures and orders part. She also works very diligently to make Jen smile throughout the day. She says, “Every person on the Maertin team is great in their own way!”

Married and a mom of three boys, Alicia says she is a “total soccer mom, football mom and wrestling mom.”  Her crew keeps her running to practices and games.
