In 1995 while still in high school, Scott Maertin began assisting his uncle Jeff Maertin with air conditioner installations. A year later, Scott became a full-time employee. Scott studied on his own and passed the challenging Environmental Protection Agency test while learning installation, service, and repairs through hands-on, in-field practical training. Consistent continuing educations keeps Scott at the leading edge of technology advancements in the HVAC field and he enjoys helping customers unlock the power of smart technology to improve the comfort of their homes and businesses with convenience and energy savings. Scott leads our employee training and ensures that the quality of every installation and service call is the very best it can be. Scott became our President in January of 2020, bringing a strong commitment to strengthening and expanding Maertin’s sterling reputation of a 5-star, local, family-owned business.
