After graduating from Lincoln Way in 2013 and joining Maertin in 2014, Richard Lewis was promoted to Service Manager in 2020. Rich became an HVAC technician because this industry combines the skills, training and knowledge of several different trades to help people. Rich still feels that the best part of his job is helping the community while meeting new people. Rich says, “Being a part of the Maertin team feels like family, everyone is so close.”

Rich, his wife Tori and daughter Ellie live in New Lenox. His favorite thing to do is spend time with his family.
